We have had some users report problems with the wire harness ends coming out of the harness bars even though the user has pushed them fully together.
The hole in the harness bar is drilled at a slight angle so that the wire end, when inside the hole, naturally has pressure against the hole to remain in place. The forces needed to remove harness ends when adding or removing heddles can inadvertently bend the metal wire causing the wrong angle to remain and thus, allowing the harness end to come loose.
Some users have overcome this by placing tape on the harness end to keep wire bars in place.
You can also simply bend the wire end to replace tension on the connection.
If the problem persists, you can order a replacement wire end or even a replacement harness bar.
