In 2024, we introduced a shuttle race for the Jane 50, 70, and later the Jane 90. With this addition, we found that the loom could no longer rest on a table in the folded position due to interference with the shuttle race.
To resolve this, the leg length of the Jane was increased.
As a result of this change, the measurements referenced in earlier videos and manuals—specifically the recommended harness (shaft) height of 22.5 cm—are no longer correct. During assembly, we now recommend setting the shaft height to 25.5 cm, or just above the bottom rollers.
