Weaving Accesory - Warping mill is not spinning smoothly

Some users have experienced the warping mill ceasing and squeaking loudly.

The cause of this issue is due to swelling of the cross members from humidity.   The swelling causes added friction and the heat deteriorates the coating on the center post.

Solution:

1.  Remove the reel from the Center post and sand the Center holes in the cross members to remove any paint residue.  Spray the cross members with Dry Teflon lubricant.   This can be found at Homedepot, Amazon or the like.

2. Replace the reel and test how it spins.

3.   Use additional teflon spray as needed for smooth operation.
