S45- How to change the bearings on an S45

1.  Remove the bearing on the bottom of the flyer by prying up through the center hole with a screw driver.
2.  Remove the top bearing by pulling the bolt a little over half way out.  By tilting and a little force the bearing should come right out. Note: Make sure that you do not lose the 2 washers on the bolt.
3.  Before installing the bearing on the top put it on the bolt and then push it in, put in the other bearing; there is no specific side that has to go in.
