The cloth will not wind onto the warpbeam. Why not?

Possible causes:

• One of the pawls of the cloth beam is not in the ratchet wheel. The large looms with a cloth beam system have two brake pawls on the cloth beam, these must both be engaged in the ratchet wheel
• You weave with so little tension that the warp beam does not unwind. Turn the warp beam by hand.
• The tie-down bar of the cloth beam is stuck on  one of the floating breast beam arms.
