Jane loom cords falling off rollers

If your shaft cords are coming off the rollers during weaving, try tightening the black elastic cords under the shafts.   Pull one end of the elastic cord out of the inside of the shaft end.   Undo the existing knot and make a new one so that it shortens the cord.

The original Jane loom had small rollers for harness cords and cords easily fell off these rollers.   Louet replaced this design with larger and deeper rollers within the first year of manufacturing.   If your Jane loom has small rollers, approx 1/2" in diameter, contact your local retailer and order a Jane roller replacement kit.   (Part Number WR0184)
