Erica shafts cords are slipping

If your shafts are slipping and the bolt does not seem to hold the cord tight, this is likely because the cord is slipping beside the bolt instead of under it.  The design is for the shaft cord to be clamped at the bottom of the hole by the bottom of the bolt. Check proper alignment and re-tighten.

Check that the cord is properly under the bolt. Sometimes the cord goes past the bolt and is therefore not clamped properly.
